Nimble care is an independent and successful provider of domiciliary care aimed at service users who need to be supported in their residence to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being.

Location and availability

Based in Chippenham, close to the town centre at Station Hill, Nimble care offers 24-hour, 365-day Domiciliary care across Wiltshire. Our regular residential services.

The company was established in January 2017 by Mrs. Barbara Kosac, who has a wide range of experience in the care sector for over 20 years.

Exceptional Quality Care

Or company ensures the calibre of our carers is at its maximum quality as it is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Every employed carer owns references in addition to previous employment history carefully reviewed after passing an interview and recruitment processes.

As well as all the above, all carers are required to provide a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

Excellent Staff Training

Our training procedures are developed to exceed regulatory standards through continued training and development, we ensure the highest quality of care is both met and maintained.

Professional and experienced Care Workers offer high quality personalised service for the elderly and adults over the age of 18.

Commitment to Improvement

As a responsible company we are dedicated to improving the quality and range of services we provide to every customer on regular basis, from supporting our carers to achieving advanced qualifications in care.

To keep our carers informed regarding our schedules we have provided an application called ‘My Smart Task’. This is a system that records the start, finish and duration of our visits, allows us to be in constant contact with our support workers via mobile phone technology and surely reduces the risk of missed calls.

This is one of the many steps we have undertaken in recent months for ensuring our company is improving consistently and continuously.
