Induction orientation
Our induction orientation normally starts on day one and ensures that new employees adjust to their new role and gain the required knowledge and competencies as quickly and easily as possible.
All Nimble Care Ltd front-line care staff employed through our managed care service will undertake the Care Certificate. This provides a passport to a career in health and social care.
Our Care Certificate training course will take place via E-learning Company (Careskills Academy ) As well as classroom modules, learning also takes place via practical exercises and assessments of competence in the workplace. Our Care Certificate course includes the following modules:
Self-employed live-in carers placed through our Introductory service are responsible for funding and ensuring their own training is kept up to date.
