Sarah Scrivener

My name is Sarah and I hold the position of Training & HR Manager at Nimble Care. I have been working in the Care sector since I was 16yrs old and have gained a wide knowledge of skills and experience from the varied places of work over the years.

I am a qualified Assessor in Health and Social Care and hold the PTTLS level 4 qualification in teaching. I have a passion for the care industry and strive to provide quality trained staff and exceptional standards of care to our clients.

I have two sons , one of which is living in the Czech Republic teaching young children English and my other son is studying IT at Chippenham College. I have been married for 22 yrs and moved to Chippenham 11 yrs ago after a short time living in France.

My interests are photography and clay pigeon shooting at the weekends.

I really enjoy working at Nimble Care as I feel part of a great team and the variety of work , no two days are ever the same!!


Julie Bloodworth

My name is Julie.

I am a highly skilled and motivated individual experienced and competent support worker within the care sector.

Adhering to good safe practices when encouraging that all clients receive the very best standards of quality of care and support within their own homes.

I am reliable, a good listener, patient, understanding and very empathetic.
My life’s work has been dedicated and committed to working with individual's whilst respecting individual choice and promoting person centre values while gaining excellence in all round care skills.
Personally I feel very privileged to have met and known so many individuals throughout my career.

I first became a care assistant in 1978 and progressed into residential/ nursing care for a well-known organisation. Gaining many qualifications attending certificated courses over the years.
I then progressed within this organisation, and then became an activities assistant For 4 years whilst working with people with a disability.
I've worked as a senior within the community since 2012.
I first started with Nimble care services in November 2017.

I am happily married, friendly kind and caring person, very family orientated, and enjoys nothing more than spending time and caring for my family.
Recently becoming a devoted proud Nana to a grandson.


Otilia Puiu

Hello, my name is Otilia Puiu and I am an ambitious Junior Office Administrator. I am responsible for writing and updating person centred care plans, answering telephones regarding our clients’ needs creating folders, documents, letters and other administrational tasks for the continuous improvement of the care quality services that we are providing here at Nimble Care.

I am currently a student at city of Bristol college simultaneously and I am studying biochemistry and chemistry alongside my administration position. I am planning to go to University soon to study medicine which will maximise my understanding with regards to the human body and mind.

Despite being only 17 years old, I try to be a very responsible individual. I would say that I show empathy and a caring behaviour towards every person I meet and that I love communicating and helping others. Thus, I am preparing to study neurology in the future and to become a neurosurgeon in order to help people with neurological disorders, neurodegeneration, brain tumours and mental health such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
